RCSL National Sports Day

The Revenue & Customs Sports & Liesure National Sports Day was held on the 16/07/09 at Stanley Park in Blackpool, a purpose build athletics stadium was a perfect host to this great event, where teams from all regions and sections of the revenue & customs competed, field events included Long Jump, javlin, high jump, discus and shot putt.
There were a number of other park events contested such as tug of war, tuch rugby, volley ball and rounders.
It was an overcast day but this did not damp the competitors sprits, a great day was had by all and some event records were set.
