Dealamere Dash 2009

The Delamere Dash Trail Race took place on Sunday January 4th at Delamere Forest in Cheshire, the 6 miles event took place on forest tracks and footpaths and the route is both challenging and scenic. The push chair friendly fun run follows a shorter 2 miles route and was be ideal for young children as an introduction to trail running, the main trail running event was open to anyone aged 16+ on the day, the event was Organised by Epic Events.
